Conference Lodging

Polo Residence Hall

We strongly encourage all ES12 participants to take advantage of on-campus housing in our attractive Polo Residence Hall. This hall opened in 1998 and features a split-level townhouse-like arrangement. Within each townhouse, four persons share a kitchen, living room, and two bathrooms. Each person has a private bedroom with closet. Individual apartments are available that house two persons sharing a kitchenette, living/dining area, and one double occupancy bedroom. Handicapped-accesible apartments are also available. The cornerstone of the building is the main lobby, which is a two-and-a-half story rotunda. Wireless internet access is available throughout campus, including Polo Residence Hall.

Polo Residence Hall is within a convenient walking distance to all conference activities. The cost for this option is $131 per person for three nights, including tax, linens, and towels. For more information, pictures, floor plans, and corresponding maps, please visit Polo Residence Hall.
